Mahindra Australia Test Drive and WIN Getaway COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd.

Eligibility to Enter

The competition is open to Australian residents who are at least 18 years of age or older. Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd employees and associates are excluded from the draw.

To enter the competition you must Test Drive a Mahindra during the Promotional Period at a Mahindra Dealership and complete the online entry form.

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.

There is a limit of one entry per person.

The Prize

The prize will be a holiday package valued at AUD $11,467 supplied by Exclusive Holiday Getaways Pty Ltd including 7 Nights accommodation valued at $7467 plus $4000 flight credit (any airline).

Destination: Khao Lak, Thailand

Resort: Mai Khao Lak Beach Resort & Spa

Inclusions:

·        Two children (15 years and under) stay and eat free

The use of specific brands as prizes by Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd 's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement

One winner will be chosen at random at the Promotional Period at midday on Monday 3 November 2025 at 1/39 Distribution Street, Larapinta, QLD, 4110. Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Lty.

Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd will make two attempts to contact the winner via writing within 7 days of the prize draw.

The winner's last name, initial of the first name and postcode will be announced on Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd's website (Mahindra.com.au/competition) and social media channels (https://www.facebook.com/MahindraAus/) within 30 days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond to the writing informing them of their win within 14 days of the second attempt, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

If required, unclaimed prize draw/s will take place at midday on Monday 17 November 2025 at 1/39 Distribution Street, Larapinta, QLD, 4110. Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd will make two attempts to contact the winner via writing within 7 days of the draw. A redraw will occur after 14 days if the prize is not claimed.

The winner's last name, initial of the first name and postcode will be announced on Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd's website (Mahindra.com.au/competition) and social media channels (https://www.facebook.com/MahindraAus/) within 30 days of the draw.

Delivery of the Prize

The winner will allow 8 weeks for the prize to be delivered; otherwise, alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be shared with Exclusive Holiday Getaways Pty Ltd and used by Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.

All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing info@mahindra.com.au.

If requested by Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd, the winner agrees to release their name and state of residence to other competition participants.

The winner's name and state of residence will be announced on Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd's website and social media channels.

Promotional Period

The competition opens at 8:00 am, Tuesday 23 September and closes at 11:59 pm, Friday 31 October 2025.

Limitation of Liability

Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

Cancel Clause

Mahindra Automotive Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
